Publish Your Offering

To publish on EDA Academy, instructors should first read the Instructor Terms to ensure compliance with platform standards. Offerings can be classified as Courses, Resources, Training, or Certification.
Each submission includes two sections:
1. Offering Content: Upload your teaching materials—videos, slides, documents, spreadsheets, or images.
2. Offering Information: Fill out the form providing offering details for display on the website.
After both components are submitted and approved, your offering will be featured and available for purchase on EDA Academy.

Submitting your offering content allows you to present your expertise directly to learners on EDA Academy. Upload all relevant materials—videos, slides, documents, spreadsheets, and images—that form the foundation of your course, resource, training, or certification. Provide version, features, and pricing information to complete your offering profile and make it ready for publishing and sale.

Fill Out – Review the form instructions and example, then complete all required details accurately.
Submit – Submit your filled form online or attach it to an email for submission.

To begin your offering submission, download the blank Offering Information Form that matches your offering type. EDA Academy offers four categories: Course, Resource, Training, and Certification. Each category has a dedicated form to ensure the correct data fields and structure are applied. Selecting the right form helps streamline the review process and ensures that your offering information appears accurately on the platform. Step 2 - Fill Out
Review Format Guide
Before filling out your Offering Information Form, review the format guide and example provided by EDA Academy. This section explains how to correctly structure your offering details, including title, description, pricing, and display options. Reviewing the format ensures your submission meets the platform’s layout and quality standards. You’ll also see a completed sample form that helps visualize how your information should appear once published. Taking a few minutes to study the guide helps prevent errors and speeds up the approval process, ensuring a smooth publishing experience.

Option A: Submit Through Online Form
Submit the completed information form online through “EDA Academy — Public Upload”.
Option B: Submit By Email Attachment
Attach your information form to an email and send it to support@eda-academy.com.
