1. Eligibility and Enrollment

EDA Academy welcomes individuals and organizations interested in promoting its educational offerings, including courses, resources, trainings, and certifications. To become an affiliate, applicants must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. Participation in the Affiliate Program requires submitting an online application with accurate contact information and promotional details. Once approved, affiliates will receive a unique Affiliate ID and access to official program guidelines. Enrollment is free, and participation is voluntary.

2. Affiliate Link Creation and Promotion

Affiliates must generate their referral links by adding their unique parameter to the end of a valid EDA Academy product URL in the following format:

Only sales completed through correctly formatted links are eligible for commission. Affiliates may share these links through lawful and ethical promotional channels such as personal websites, social media platforms, newsletters, or professional communities. Misleading advertising, spam distribution, or imitation of EDA Academy branding is strictly prohibited. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their promotional activities remain compliant with local regulations and the program’s code of conduct.

3. Commission Structure and Payment Terms

EDA Academy adopts a transparent and performance-based commission model:

·  Commission Rate: Affiliates earn between 20% and 50% of the net order value after deductions for discounts and transaction fees. The exact rate may vary depending on the product type, campaign, or other promotional arrangements.

·  Validation Period: Commissions are confirmed after a 90-day period, ensuring that the associated orders have not been refunded or canceled.

·  Payment Threshold: Payments are issued once the accumulated balance reaches USD 500.

·  Payment Schedule: Payouts occur within 90 days after the end of the month in which the transaction is validated.

·  Payment Methods: Accepted methods include PayPal, Payoneer, or verified bank transfers.

Affiliates are responsible for maintaining accurate payment details and covering any applicable taxes, currency conversion costs, and bank fees.

4. Content Use and Intellectual Property

Affiliates are permitted to use EDA Academy’s approved marketing materials, including official banners, images, and text descriptions, solely for promotional purposes within the Affiliate Program. Affiliates must not modify, distribute, or reproduce course materials, videos, documents, or proprietary resources without explicit written permission. All intellectual property rights related to EDA Academy’s brand and products remain with the platform. Upon termination of participation, affiliates must promptly remove all EDA Academy content and links from their channels.

5. Conduct, Compliance, and Termination

Affiliates are expected to promote EDA Academy with integrity and accuracy. The use of false claims, deceptive methods, automated traffic generation, or unauthorized advertising practices (including keyword bidding using the “EDA Academy” name) is not allowed. EDA Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, withhold unpaid commissions, or revoke access to the program in cases of fraud, non-compliance, or reputational harm. Terminated affiliates must cease all promotional activities immediately and comply with any pending audit or reconciliation procedures.

EDA Academy upholds transparency, fairness, and accountability in its affiliate relationships. By participating in the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and principles outlined in this Policy.
